CA Bhavin Shah qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1996 and has been in practice since then. He passed the Information Systems Audit (ISA) examination conducted by ICAI in 2003 and the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) examination conducted by ISACA, USA, in 2005, and completed the ICAI Certificate Course on International Taxation in 2014. His main areas of practice are internal audit, management audit, IT consultancy (data analysis and MIS) and taxation, including international taxation. He served as Chairman of the Jamnagar Branch of the Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of ICAI in 2005.

CA Trupti Shah qualified as a Chartered Accountant in November 1996. She also passed the Final examination of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India in June 1996 and the Information Systems Audit (ISA) examination conducted by ICAI. Before entering practice in September 2008, she worked in industry in an SAP environment, as a manager with two private-sector banks, and in statutory audit with an international audit firm. Her practice covers accounting, auditing, internal audit and direct taxation. She has also lectured on cost accounting and income tax at B.Com., BBA and MBA colleges.

CA Kalpesh Shah has led the finance, accounts and administration functions of a multinational group. His work has included the finalisation, consolidation and audit of group entities under IFRS, group restructuring, ERP implementation, and arranging fund-based and non-fund-based banking facilities. His cross-border experience covers company formation in the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Egypt, Greece, India, Mauritius, the BVI and Seychelles; business acquisitions in the UK, India and Belgium; joint ventures; and board positions in companies in the UAE, the UK and India.

CA Umang Mehta qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2026 and has been in practice since then. His main areas of practice are internal audit, management audit, IT consultancy (data analysis and MIS) and taxation, including international taxation. He has completed Level 1 of the Certification Course on Artificial Intelligence for CAs (AICA) and holds a Microsoft Excel certification.
